The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry the meanings described below:

• "cbk33" or "Platform" — The website https://cbk33.cam and all associated services, mobile versions, and applications.

3.1 Login and Security

3.2 Account Verification

cbk33 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include: a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or driving license, and proof of address. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Closure

cbk33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Disrupting the normal operations of the platform.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cbk33's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to eligible, verified accounts.
• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per account, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified period from the date the bonus is issued; any unfulfilled bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• Bonus bets may not apply to certain games or may be calculated at different rates — details will be stated on the bonus page.
• cbk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

4.3 VIP Program

cbk33's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Successfully verified transactions are credited to the account promptly; bank transfers may take slightly longer.
• cbk33 does not charge any transaction fees on any payment method, however your payment provider may charge their own fees.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• In exceptional cases, withdrawals may be delayed due to additional verification requirements.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on cbk33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
